Google Daydream View
Google Daydream is Google’s second VR platform (the first
being Google Cardboard), that is built into the Android mobile operating system
7.0 and higher. Phones that are compatible to the Daydream platform’s
specifications are used in the Google Daydream View VR headset.
Google Daydream View was revealed during the Made by Google 2017 event on 4 October 2017. It is available in 3 colours, ‘Charcoal’, ‘Fog’ and ‘Coral’.
The device also comes with a small remote, which slides into the headset through an internal strap, making it easier to carry. The remote has two buttons, one is to change the volume and the other is a clickable track pad – which can be connected to the headset via Bluetooth.
